Wine connoisseur, Richard Belloff opened Bellavino Cellars and Bellavino Wine Bar in November 2003. Richard is on a personal quest to discover the newest, most flavorful fine wines from around the world and feature them at his Bellavino Wine Bar, Bellavino Cellars, and on the Bellavino website.
